Rosewood Yarns and Boerne Parks and Recreation offer a beginning class in Knitting Socks, for 14 year old to adult students.  You will learn how to knit a sock from start to finish.  In the first session you will learn how to knit the leg.  The second session will show you how to turn the heel and make the instep gusset.  The third class will be on finishing the toe.  Students should bring 100 gm of sock yarn and needles size 1,2 or 3, either five double-points or two 32" circular needles.  Class fee $35, materials fee $10 for handouts and pattern.  Yarn and needles may be purchased at Rosewood Yarns.  

Classes meet either 1-3pm or 6-8pm on Wednesdays.
